Anytime! First trimester is ideal to build a strong foundation, but I support clients at all stages—including if you're struggling with symptoms, have had weight concerns raised, or are nearing birth and want to prepare for postpartum.

Can you help with nausea and food aversions?

Absolutely. We’ll come up with practical strategies and safe, nourishing foods you can tolerate—even when it feels like nothing sounds good.

Can you help me choose the right prenatal vitamin?

Yes, 100%! Choosing a quality prenatal supplement is one of the most important (and often confusing) parts of pregnancy nutrition. I’ll help you find a prenatal that meets your specific needs—whether you're plant-based, managing nausea, or have unique nutrient requirements like low iron, MTHFR, or thyroid conditions. You’ll receive a comparison of trusted options and guidance on what to look for (and what to avoid) in a prenatal.


do you offer medicare rebates or private health rebates?

Yes! If your GP provides a Chronic Disease Management Plan (also known as a care plan or EPC), you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 5 dietitian appointments per year. These typically rebate around $60 per session.

I also accept private health insurance claims—most major Australian health funds provide cover for dietitian consults. The amount you can claim will depend on your level of extras cover, so it’s best to check with your provider.
