Hi, I’m Madi — Women’s Health Dietitian, Mum, and Your Nutrition Bestie

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, exhausted by the mental load, and unsure what your body actually needs.

I created The Nourished Bump to be a safe, science-backed, and supportive space for women to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported as they move through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
