When should I see a dietitian after giving birth?

Anytime! I support women from the early newborn days right through the first year postpartum. Whether you’re struggling with energy, mood, breastfeeding, food sensitivities, or just want to feel like you again, I’m here to help.

Can you help if I’m not breastfeeding?

Absolutely. Whether you’re bottle feeding, mixed feeding, or exclusively breastfeeding, your body still needs support to heal and thrive. Nutrition is personalised to you—no one-size-fits-all plans here.

 Do you support postpartum after C-section?

Yes, I tailor recommendations based on your birth—whether it was vaginal, C-section, or assisted. I’ll help you focus on healing nutrients, inflammation support, and practical meals that promote recovery.


do you offer medicare rebates or private health rebates?

Yes! If your GP provides a Chronic Disease Management Plan (also known as a care plan or EPC), you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 5 dietitian appointments per year. These typically rebate around $60 per session.

I also accept private health insurance claims—most major Australian health funds provide cover for dietitian consults. The amount you can claim will depend on your level of extras cover, so it’s best to check with your provider.
