This is a super easy and delicious banana bread that is perfect for the whole family. My toddler, mother- in law and friends are all impressed by this nourishing crowd-pleaser. All the ingredients should also be already in your pantry or fridge – and finally something to do with those over-ripe bananas left in the fruit bowl withering away to nothing.

Healthy Banana Bread
Ingredients:
130 grams of unsalted butter
400 grams of ripe bananas (the more ripe the better)
50 grams of honey
2 eggs
220 grams of wholemeal plain flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
1 pinch of salt
100 grams of full cream milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
